Dr. Eugene is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal health. She chose to enter medicine because she truly believes in making a difference in people's lives. She works closely with individuals, families, and support systems to build trust and collaboration in every aspect of care.
